Shipping Policies

・mihaland (hereinafter ‘mihaland’, ‘we’, ‘the shop’, ‘our’, ‘us’) is a shop based in Hong Kong and all orders are charged in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

・All orders go through a series of quality checks to ensure they meet our quality standards before shipment and to prevent any shipment of incorrect items.

・All orders are shipped in a rigid or bubble mailer with tracking included. 

・We ship worldwide from Hong Kong. Orders from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and China can be shipped via Hong Kong Post or SF Express (Shipping paid by receiver), while orders from other areas are shipped via Hong Kong Post. Smart Post service is available within Hong Kong only. Orders from Hong Kong can also shipped via the counter collection service or mail delivery service provided by Smart Post Service. For most of the countries, we can ship via e-Express. If your countries do not provide e-Express service, we can only ship via Registered airmail instead. Upgrades to EMS International Express shipping are also available. Please contact us for the quotation before placing your orders. All shipping costs are paid by customers. Details of the shipping services provided by Hong Kong Post can be found on their official website (https://www.hongkongpost.hk).

・There may be color differences between photos and the actual items due to lighting, color display or personal understanding of colors, subject to our actual products. Please think twice before placing orders.
 
・We do not accept any returns, refunds, exchanges or any cancellation requests of orders.
 
・Our order processing time is 1-2 weeks. However, it might take longer than stated during high volume order periods. Please note that this does not include delivery time.
 
・Customers are responsible to provide accurate information of recipient when placing orders. No changes are accepted once orders are placed. Customers are responsible for the consequences caused by their wrongly provided information. We do not provide any compensation to cover any loss caused by these kind of situations. If any package are returned to us for any reason, customers are required to pay for reshipment fees. In this case, we can only provide refunds (excluding the shipping cost paid) once the returned package is in our possession.
       
・Customers are responsible for all kinds of potential shipping risks (including but not limited to any delays, damages or loss caused during the delivery).
 
・International orders may be subject to fees (including but not limited to shipping fee, import taxes, or any additional charges for customs clearance) levied by the destination country. Customers are responsible for all charges generated on shipments.
 
・International customers can occasionally experience long delays and hold ups at customs. Customers are responsible for importing the products and all  potential shipping risks. We are not responsible for risks of loss, held ups or failure of delivery due to customs or related issues. If any package are returned to us for any reason, customers are required to pay for reshipment fees. In this case, we can only provide refunds (excluding the shipping cost paid) once the returned package is in our possession.
     
     
Shipping Services Affected By COVID-19 Pandemic
・Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping options to certain countries or areas might be limited, delayed or temporarily suspended. Latest information on shipping services to world destinations by Hong Kong Post can be found on their official website (https://www.hongkongpost.hk).
 
・All orders placed during the COVID-19 pandemic might experience delays, or might not be shipped within the normal order processing time due to temporary suspension of shipping services. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any situation stated above.
        
・During this time, shipping times might be delayed and your patience and understanding are very much appreciated. We will share the latest updates on shipping services and provide you with the best support as possible.
 
 
Shipping FAQ
Q: What kind of payment methods can be accepted?
A: We accept payments via PayPal and credit cards.
 
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Please add items to your cart to see the calculated shipping.
 
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Tracking number will be emailed to the email address used during checkout once your order is shipped. Customers can track their orders on the official website of Hong Kong Post, the official website of S.F. Express (for orders from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and China), or the official website of postal service of destination country (for orders from other areas).
      
Q: How long does shipping takes?
A: Delivery time is subject to destination areas. International customers can occasionally experience long delays and hold ups at customs. Please check the official website of S.F. Express, or the official website of postal service of destination country for more detailed information.
 
Q: What does flat rate shipping mean?
A: Our flat rate shipping option is made only for orders with stickers and other flat paper items only. This delivery option is flat rate, which means that the shipping fees remain the same no matter how many sheets of stickers you order, even if your package is particularly heavy and exceeds the regular fees.
 
Q: Why the flat rate shipping option doesn’t show up at the checkout page?
A: Our flat rate shipping option is made only for orders with stickers and other flat paper items only. Stickers and other flat paper items are shipped as ‘letter-mail’, while items such as planner clips, iPhone cases, coin purses, tote bags, etc. (‘bulky items’) are not qualified as letter-mails and considered as ‘parcels’. And therefore, the flat rate shipping option will not appear when you have bulky items in your orders.
   
Q: What does standard shipping option mean?
A: Standard shipping option is for orders with bulky items only, or contains both flat items and bulky items. For most of the countries, we ship via e-Express as our standard shipping option. If your countries do not provide e-Express service, we ship via Registered airmail instead.
 
Q: The delivery status of my order shipped via e-Express has no further updates yet?
A: Delivery status for mails shipped via e-Express are only updated when the mails pass the four tracking points: (1) Acceptance at counter; (2) Handed over to the carrier/Left for destination; (3) Arrival at overseas mail processing centre; and (4) Delivered. If the mail has not yet passed the next tracking point, there will not be any updates on the delivery status. Please be patient for the delivery process.
 
Q: I haven’t received my order yet?
A: Customers are responsible for all kinds of potential shipping risks. Once the orders are shipped, they are in possession of S.F. Express, Hong Kong Post or the postal service of destination countries. If any problems (including but not limited to any delays, damages or loss) happened during the delivery, customers are required to contact and request compensation from S.F. Express or the postal service of destination country.
  
Q: The items shipped to me do not matches with the items I ordered.
A: We double check orders before shipment to ensure they meet our quality standards and to prevent any shipment of incorrect items. Unfortunately, due to volume of orders and products, mistakes might happen during the order processing procedure. We apologise for any wrongly shipped items or missing items. In this case, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date (based on the tracking information). Please send us photos of the items you received and required information, which will fasten the procedure of the exchanges or the reshipment of the missing items.
 
 
Promotions and Coupon Codes FAQ
Q: Where can I find coupon codes?
A: All promotions and active codes are posted on our Instagram or Facebook group. If you don’t see anything recently posted on social media or on our shop, it means that there is no active promotion at the moment. 
 
Q: Can multiple codes be used at the same time?
A: No, only one code is accepted per transaction in our shop.
 
Q: I forgot to use a coupon code, can I cancel my order and replace it with a new order?
A: No, as we do not accept any refunds or any cancellation requests of orders. Please double check to make sure that you have your coupon code entered and activated before you place your orders. We will not be able to apply codes or discounts to your order once it has been placed.
